1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to United AI Academy™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and United AI Academy™ ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our educational platform, LMS, and community services.

By enrolling in our courses or accessing our digital resources, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Student Eligibility and Enrollment

Our Academy is designed for individuals seeking to master Artificial Intelligence. To be eligible for enrollment:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. Students under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LMS (Learning Management System) login credentials.
• Your enrollment is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to any other individual.

3. Student Code of Conduct

As a student of United AI Academy™, you are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Plagiarism: Submitting AI-generated work or peer work as your own unique project without proper attribution.
• Harassment: Using our Discord or community forums to bully, harass, or discriminate against other students or mentors.
• Commercial Use: Recording live workshops or downloading proprietary course material for commercial resale or redistribution.
• Disruption: Interfering with the learning experience of other students during live Q&A sessions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Academy Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our curriculum, recorded lessons, source codes provided in Colab notebooks, and UI designs are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

4.2 Student Projects

Any projects or code you develop during the course remain your intellectual property. However, by submitting them for review, you grant us the right to showcase your success stories and project summaries in our marketing materials to inspire other students.

5. Job Placement Guarantee (Terms & Conditions)

Our 85% Job Placement Guarantee is subject to the following student commitments:

• Completion: You must complete 100% of the course modules and all mandatory assignments.
• Attendance: You must maintain at least 90% attendance in our live weekly mentorship workshops.
• Performance: You must pass the final capstone project with a minimum grade of "Satisfactory."
• Cooperation: You must work with our career services team to update your LinkedIn and Resume as per our guidelines.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Enrolling in our professional programs requires payment of tuition fees.

• Payments: All fees are collected in USD (or local equivalent) via secure encrypted gateways.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access to proprietary resources, refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided no more than 10% of the course has been consumed.
• Late Payments: For installment-based enrollments, failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension from the LMS and Discord community.

7. Use of Third-Party Tools

Our training involves third-party platforms such as Discord, Google Colab, OpenAI, and Hugging Face. Your use of these tools is also governed by their respective terms of service. United AI Academy™ is not responsible for any service interruptions or data policies of these third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the field of AI evolves rapidly. Our curriculum is updated every 3 months, but we do not guarantee that all information will be up-to-the-minute at the exact time of viewing. The Services are provided on an "As-Is" basis.

In no event shall United AI Academy™ be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the AI models or techniques taught in our courses.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform without refund if you are found in breach of our "Student Code of Conduct" or involved in any form of digital piracy of our content.
